Killingly, CT — A 23-year-old Danielson man was seriously injured Sunday night after colliding with another vehicle on Main St.
According to the Connecticut State Police, at approximately 9:10 PM on Sunday, August 10th, 2025, a 2025 Honda Grom 125 operated by a 23-year-old man residing on Palmer Street was traveling northbound on Main Street. At the same time, a 2006 Kia Rio operated by a 27-year-old Thompson man was traveling southbound on Main Street. The two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection of Main Street and Water Street.
The Danielson man was transported to Day Kimball Hospital and flown by LIFESTAR to UMass Memorial Medical Center with serious injuries.
The accident remains under investigation by the Connecticut State Police Troop D and the Connecticut State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad. Troopers are asking any witnesses to contact Troop D at 860-779-4900.
