Interstate 395 South has been closed at Exit 3 (Gore Rd) as crews work a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) where a wrong-way driver struck another vehicle killing at least one person. Traffic is being diverted off Exit 3 and can immediately re-enter the highway.
