On Tuesday, 06/13/2023, at approximately 2:02 p.m., personnel from Troop D responded to the Runnings Store, located at 44 Providence Pike, in the Town of Putnam, for a report of an active larceny. Responding troopers determined that an unidentified suspect, accused of shoplifting, had fled the area prior to their arrival. Images of the accused individual were subsequently obtained from store security cameras.
